The holiday season is fast approaching, and it is getting to be the perfect time to curl up inside with some holiday films.
To help you celebrate Christmas, here are five great Disney Plus originals to check out this winter.
Lady and the Tramp (2019)
The Disney Plus remake of Lady and the Tramp is the perfect movie to watch for the holidays. Both beginning and ending at Christmastime, this movie is a feel-good movie to watch during the holidays. It reimagines the classic in a way that is both familiar and original, with great performances throughout the film.
Noelle
This movie features Anna Kendrik as the child of the most recent Santa Claus, trying to get through the first Christmas under a new Santa. It is a fun movie with lots of holiday fun and jokes throughout, and will surely be enjoyed by young girls for its reimagining of classic holiday traditions.
Prop Culture: Nightmare Before Christmas
Prop Culture is one of the best Disney Plus series, and one of the episodes is perfect to watch for the holidays. The episode based on Nightmare Before Christmas is perfect to watch as a tribute to the classic Christmas (or Halloween), film. The series is largely an anthology, so you can watch just this episode or the whole series, which again is one of the best on Disney Plus.
Once Upon a Snowman
It wouldn't be the holiday season with Disney without Frozen. This short is a fun new story featuring everyone's favorite Disney snowman, Olaf! It is surely something the whole family can enjoy together, and a great addition to the Frozen franchise.
Arendelle Castle Yule Log
Yule logs on the television are always a great way to celebrate the holiday season, and Disney Plus gives you access to a fun Frozen themed one! This Yule Log is one that could be found inside the castle from Frozen, and is filled with Disney fun and Christmas charm to turn your TV (or another device) into a holiday-themed fire, warmth not included.
