Disney has just revealed that two new Star Wars television spin-offs of The Mandalorian are currently in development. Ahsoka and Rangers of the New Republic are both currently in development and will come together for a single epic finale for both shows.
Both of these series will utilize the same production techniques as The Mandalorian, most notably their usage of massive LED screens in place of physical sets or moving to different locations for filming outside.
These two series will be taking place at the same time period as The Mandalorian, allowing for more character crossovers.
Both will apperently lead up to an epic finale in some way that has yet to be revealed.
Ahsoka recently made her live action debut on The Mandalorian, and the most recent season has also featured reccuring apperances from Republic X Wing Pilots, suggesting but not showing the large universe and the forces growing around the galaxy as the events of the Mandalorian transpire.
