Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin is the most elaborate ride in Toontown. The ride is based on the 80's classic, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. This ride brings back most of the toons from the movie and adds a fun new part of the storyline.
Today we are sharing 10 facts about this classic Toontown attraction.
1. Lenny
Benny, the cab from the movie, gets his cousin to drive you around Toontown to help Roger Rabbit and Jessica Rabbit from the weasels and the dip.
2. All Characters
The characters included in the ride are Roger Rabbit, The weasels, Benny, Lenny, Bull in a china shop, Baby Herman, the gorilla doorman, and Jessica Rabbit.
3. License Plate
The license plates on the wall as you leave the ride have some hidden messages like, 2N TOWN (Toontown) and 101 DLMN (101 Dalmations)
4. Dip
As you pass the dip at the beginning of the ride, you accidentally hit it. As this happens, Lenny starts spinning out of control.
5. Walt Sent Me
In the queue line, knock on the door to the Ink and Paint Club, and say "Walt sent me." You might just have a special performance from Jessica Rabbit.
6. Judge Doom
Judge Doom is the villain in the movie, but he is nowhere to be found in the ride. You can find his accomplices, the weasels in the ride.
7. Post Office
In the post office of Toontown, you can find a mailbox for Jessica and Roger Rabbit. If you press the button next to their mailboxes, there is a little message of each of them.
8. G.A.G
Disney could not use the name Acme in the ride or the park, unlike they had in the movie. So, they changed the name to gag wherever it would have appeared.
9. Tokyo
This ride was not just in America, it is also in Tokyo in their version of Toontown.
10. Benny Moved!
The Benny the Cab outside of the ride used to move around. Today he stays still.
