The Oasis of the Seas is one of the biggest cruise ships in the world, hosting an entire Broadway production onboard in Andrew Llyod Webber's hit musical Cats, which is practically indistinguishable from a Broadway or West End production.
But today we are looking at a tribute to another classic Andrew Lloyd Webber musical also onboard the Oasis of the Seas cruise ship.
Two performers from the ship performed a medley of songs from his hit, the longest-running Broadway musical of all time, Phantom of the Opera.
The medley included songs from Phantom of the Opera, to Music of the Night, to All I Ask of You, serving as a kind of best-of montage of some of the most iconic musical moments in the show's score performed traditionally by Christine and the Phantom.
These two performers were great and could easily step into the roles vocally, giving a wonderful tribute to one of the best musicals of all time.
We hope you enjoy this performance as we await the return of live theatrical performances around the world, and hope to be given the chance to travel to the Paris opera with its trademark Phantom once again someday soon.
