Monsters Inc Mike and Sulley To The Rescue transformed one of the worst rides in Disney history, Superstar Limo, into a great ride based on one of Pixar's early success stories, Monsters Inc, bringing one of the first character-based rides to Disney California Adventure.
This ride opened in the Hollywoodland section of the park and brought guests on a tour of Monstropolis through some of the most iconic scenes from the original Monsters Inc film.
Every scene in this ride is filled with some of the iconic monsters from the film, all appearing in animatronic form.
The ride may not be open to celebrate its 15th anniversary, but we are celebrating it nevertheless. It holds a special place in the history of the park, helping it to become the park that it is today, filled with classic Pixar, Disney, and Marvel stories.
