Some of the best parts of the Disney Parks are the performance groups that give character to the lands they perform in. One of the best groups in the Magic Kingdom is the Main Street Philharmonic, a Disney marching band that plays throughout the park in multiple different lands, playing a collection of classic and modern Disney music from both the films and the parks.
Despite only being about twenty years old, it feels impossible to imagine the Magic Kingdom without it as it fits so perfectly in the park.
They perform most often along with Main Street USA, but can also occasionally be found in areas of Fantasyland.
They perform music almost nonstop when they are in the parks, not only when actually performing, but also on the way inside and out of the park.
It is a great timeless performance group that we will hopefully see a return to the parks post COVID19 when live entertainment becomes feasible once again.
