Rumors are growing of a bunch of changes happening to timelines for many current projects at the Disney Parks.

We are going through each of the rumors and how they are impacting the rest of the Disney Parks.

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway Delayed

Rumors are circulating that the upcoming Toontown expansion involving a clone of the first Mickey Mouse-themed dark ride, which opened in Disney's Hollywood Studios prior to the coronavirus closure. Construction had started prior to the closure, but word is it has now been delayed, possibly in connection to the Princess and the Frog Splash Mountain retheme being prioritized over it.

Spaceship Earth Redo



This is the only project officially delayed, but apparently, it still needs to happen in the near future. A large reason for this refurbishment is the extensive repair work needed for this attraction. Expect it to still happen in either 2020 or early 2021.

Epcot Spine

Everything about the center of Epcot is essentially a giant question mark right now. Demolition was not completed before all of this, making it easy for things to change, possibly reusing the building that still remains. Construction has started in a lot of places, but not here. We will keep you up to date on when and how this project is changing.
