The Star Wars Sequel Trilogy has been very controversial throughout the last two films, with people hating or loving aspects of both The Last Jedi and Rise of Skywalker for a variety of different reasons.
But Disney choose to put the first-ever Star Wars-themed land inside the Sequel Trilogy amidst this controversy.
So was this a mistake?
Even with that, I don't think so. The technology involved required the live actors that the previous trilogies would not have had as the actors have aged since filming them.
