This year is unlike any previous Halloween at Walt Disney World. There are no fireworks, no parties, parades, no special character meet and greets. But that doesn't mean you can't still celebrate the season at Walt Disney World, with a little help that is.
Here is our guide to some of the best ways you can still celebrate the Halloween season at Walt Disney World in 2020.
Spooky Rides
Disney World has a collection of creepy rides open all year round that are perfect to celebrate the Halloween season. Haunted Mansion takes you to a manor filled with 999 happy haunts that is perfect for the season.
If you are looking for a more intense experience than The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is probably for you, with its ominous setting all building suspense to the final drop of this terrifying ride.
Disney Bounding
You are allowed to dress up in full costume this year, but Disney also allows a practice known as Disney Bounding. For those who don't know, this essentially means dressing in costume using only everyday clothes, like a red shirt and yellow pants for Winnie the Pooh.
For even more fun, get a mask to match the outfit, with so many custom masks out there inspired by Disney.
Special Entertainment
While there is nowhere near as much as in a normal year, there is still plenty of special magic to enjoy, from the decorations on Main Street USA to the Cadaver Dans to special character cavalcades up and down the parade route.
