Disneyland Railroad

Disneyland Railroad Main Street USA

Opening Date: July 17th, 1955

Walt Disney had a passion for many things, but one of his greatest personal passions was for railroads and steam trains.

In building Disneyland he brought this passion to the masses with the opening day attraction, the Disneyland Railroad.

This attraction has seen many massive changes over the years, most recently in 2017 to make room for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, but that is far from the first massive update to this classic Disneyland attraction.
