2019 TPE Highlights

As 2019 comes to a close, I thought we would start a new tradition and talk about the highlights of the year in milestones for TPE, and give us a chance to thank the people that made them happen.

I don't even know how to react. Having the composer of my favorite nighttime spectacular of all time like (and quite possibly have watched) a video of his creation I took is probably the highlight of my time working at TPE. Thank you, Gavin Greenaway, for giving us IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth.

We Hit 100 Youtube Subscribers

150 Youtube Subscribers

This was such a significant milestone for us, and we couldn't have done it alone. Thank you all 151 of you and counting.

Friends Pop Up

Our reporting on the opening of the Friends Pop Up in NYC became one of our top-performing videos on Youtube and one of the most popular articles on our TPE website. Thank you for making this a success.

Pink Elephants on Parade 2017 Hits 4 Thousand Views

Our most popular video, Pink Elephants on Parade Fantasmic 2017 hit a huge milestone, being the first of our videos to hit 4,000 views. Thanks and be sure to keep watching!

Launch of Database Disney

We weren't sure if this would be a success or not, but from right after launch it took off in a way we never expected, being successful apart from the rest of Theme Parks and Entertainment. Thank you so much to all of our supporters, and if you haven't checked it out, be sure to go there now.

First Onsite Reporting

Venus Vortex Banner Lake Compounce Opening

It may not have been a major announcement, but it was a milestone for us nonetheless. We were on site for the announcement of Venus Vortex, an upcoming slide at Lake Compounce. This is the first theme park announcement we were physically present for, so it was a big deal to us.

Thank You

Thanks for making 2019 such a great year for us. We have a lot more planned 2020, and we will be announcing a lot of those plans tomorrow, so be sure to come back tomorrow and find out what the future holds for Theme Parks and Entertainment. Also, be sure to sign up for our email newsletter below if you have not already done so.
