Disney just announced the opening date for the first-ever ride-through attraction based on their flagship character, Mickey Mouse.
That's right, Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway after some delays will be opening to the public on March 4th, 2020 in Disney's Hollywood Studios.
This ride replaced the Great Movie Ride and is set to be one of Disney's first uses of trackless dark ride technology in the US, following the opening of Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance later this week in the same park.
A second version of this ride will be coming later to Disneyland in the Mickey's Toontown section of the park, and a third version of the ride is rumored to be on the way to Disneyland Paris, although that has yet to be confirmed.
