What Up Characters Should Disney Magic Kingdoms Add?

Disney Magic Kingdoms has gradually been unlocking the Adventureland section of the game map in recent updates. But not all films would fit in this section of the park. One film that I think would fit perfectly in the Adventureland section would be Pixar's Up.

So today we are going to talk about what characters should be added in a potential Up update to Disney Magic Kingdoms.

This film has relatively few characters, so because of this, I think it would be added as a permanent content update. I can't see them expanding this film beyond maybe four characters, especially as most of the film is spent with just four characters.

I think the most likely characters to be added would be Carl and Russel. This is the main pair of characters in the film, and I cannot imagine an update based on this movie, not including both of these characters.

Next, I have to imagine Dug would be added as well. He is the next largest character, and one of the most recognizable from the movie. He is even getting his own spinoff series on Disney Plus in the near future, showing the popularity of this character.

Assuming another character is added, I would guess the next character added would be Kevin. She has appeared in the Disney Parks increasingly in recent years and if this is going to exclusively feature the main team then she would be a natural addition.

If additional characters were added beyond this, I think there is only one other character worth adding. Charles F Muntz. He is the villain of the movie, and depending on the storyline of the update he could be needed.

So now that we have talked characters, let us talk about potential attractions.

The best guesses I can come up with for attractions purely based on the movie are Paradise Falls and the house. Both of these are the two most iconic locations in the film, and it would be strange if they are both not represented in the update in some way.

Up also has an attraction based on the film located in Disney's Animal Kingdom that could be added to the game, Up A Great Bird Adventure. This is really the only thing in the parks that could provide inspiration to the game for an Up update.
