The first three Hercules characters have been added to Disney Magic Kingdoms. Meg, Phil, and Pegasus have been added to the game as part of a limited-time event.
Phil was the first character added as part of the event, followed by Meg, who becomes available later on as you continue to play through the event.
Pegasus is also available as a premium character that you can either purchase for real money or for 200 gems.
More characters are set to be added later in the game as the event continues over the next month.
