Disney Magic Kingdoms just announced that the first limited-time event of 2020 will be to celebrate Lunar New Year.
This is a yearly event that normally involves themed costumes for Mickey and Friends characters as well as characters from Mulan. Last year Crickett was added to the game.
Judging based on previous events the event will likely begin on Thursday, January 23rd following an update on Tuesday, January 21st.
