Today we got two major Epcot announcements, a redesigned entrance, and the Play Pavilion.
The Play Pavillion will be a new section of Future World featuring Disney Characters in an immersive setting.
Not much detail was given as to what will be in this new section, but characters featured just in the concept art include everyone from Mickey, to Joy from Inside Out, to Edna Mode from the Incredibles, to Nick Wilde from Zootopia, to Marie from the Aristocats.
If I had to guess I would say this is a relocation of the Epcot Character Spot in a much more expansive new location. This will most likely allow for other changes to occur throughout Future World.
