Water Painters Disney Parks
Disney wants every part of the park experience to be special. Even the ground can be a canvas.
Often Disney will even send out cast members to paint the floor with water and create drawings of Disney characters in the middle of the park.
This happens in every US Disney park and most often features Mickey and Friends characters drawn out in water.
That is not always the case though. In fact, if they get a big enough crowd they can start doing multiple characters, often doing more unique characters each time.
If you want to get pictures you better do it fast, cause the water can dry up fast and remove the artwork without a trace.
The season can also play into what characters are drawn in water. You are more likely to get a picture of Jack Skellington at Halloween than in the middle of summer. But really you never know which character you're going to get until its finished.
Some of the most common places to see this is on Main Street USA in both Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom, Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom, and at the entrance to Cars Land in Disney California Adventure.
