We've known for a while about the Beauty and the Beast-themed section coming to Tokyo Disneyland, but now we know what it will be called and a timeframe for when it will be opening at the park.
New Fantasyland will be opening at Tokyo Disneyland in Spring of 2020.
This expansion will include three new major additions. The biggest, of course, is the Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast dark ride found in Beast's Castle which will serve as the main icon of the land.
Next, Fantasyland will also see the addition of a major Broadway-style theater called the Fantasyland Forest Theater.
These changes will also bring new additions to two other lands in the park.
Tomorrowland will get The Happy Ride with Baymax, a Big Hero 6 themed version of Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. Outside will be a new popcorn stand called The Big Pop.
Finally, Toontown will be getting a new Minnie meet and greet.
All of these are a part of the multi-year transformation coming to the Tokyo Disney Resort that will bring many new attractions to the park.
