As part of the announcement of the dates for the Flower and Garden Festival, Disney announced a date that we know the Ratatouille section of the park will be open by.
The newly named Ratatouille Gardens will be open by March 4th for the start of the Flower and Garden Festival, which will feature an all-new Remy themed topiary.
We knew this ride would be opening at some point this year, but now we have a rough idea of when it will be opening.
Just to be specific, Disney did not confirm the ride would be open by this point, so there is always a chance that this new section of the land could open without the ride being in operation, but even if this is the case ideally we will still have the already announced crepe shop open by then.
The ride could also open sooner, as we just know the Ratatouille Gardens will be open for the Flower and Garden Festival, featuring an all-new topiary.
