For the last day of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, I thought we would share as many videos of the classic spectacular as we could find throughout its twenty-year history at Epcot. The show never changed, but it just goes to show the impact that it had over the years, and just how many different perspectives you can get of the show from around the World Showcase.

This video was taken from the stairs in Canada, which provided an unobstructed look at the show from a bit further back. You can see all of the effects as well as some people watching the show from the edge of the lagoon.

This look at IllumiNations comes from the balcony of the Mexico Pavilion inside one of the restaurants. This was a nice, lesser-known spot that you could see the show from in a less crowded spot. As long as you bought something from the counter service restaurant of course.
For our final look into this show, we go to a look at Reflections of Earth from the Frozen Dessert Party viewing area. This is one of the best views, which is why Disney makes you pay for it. I chose this spot for my final time ever seeing this show back in August.

This show embodied the original vision of Epcot more than anything still in the park, and carried with it the hope of the new Millenium for two decades, bringing feelings of unity, peace, and understanding.
Thank you for tuning in one last time for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. This was my favorite fireworks show I have ever seen, and I will miss it, even if I am looking forward to what is coming next.
Where did you last watch IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth from? What is your favorite memory of this fireworks spectacular? Let us know in the comments.
I last watched IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth near the Mexico pavilion on October 2017. Me and my family were coming from Disney's Animal Kingdom and we rushed to Epcot to catch the show.
ReplyDeleteMexico can be such a great place to catch IllumiNations. I saw it there my penultimate time seeing the show in August 2019
