Disney Parks Character Tribute
An increasing number of Marvel characters have been appearing in the Disney Parks over the last few years, and some of the most common characters to find in the parks have been the various members of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Groot is one of the most popular characters to find in the Disney Parks out of the Guardians of the Galaxy, and over the years he has met in various different forms. In Disney California Adventure Groot often met in his adult form, walking around Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout.
This made Groot one of the first Marvel characters to become a regular part of the Disney Parks in America, wandering the area that would eventually become Avengers Campus.
Groot was the start in a long line of Marvel superheroes to meet guests in the Disney Parks, that is continually expanding with each new movie.
