For this Disney Photo of the Week, we look at one of the few references in the Disney Parks to an underappreciated Disney animated film.
This sign in Liberty Square at the Magic Kingdom references The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. The film was a double feature with the Wind in the Willows, the one behind a former Disney World ride Mr. Toads Wild Ride.
Most of the times this film is used are for Halloween celebrations involving the Headless Horseman, but this involves the beginning of the film before the horseman becomes involved in the life of Ichabod.
This places Icabod Crane's music lessons office inside Liberty Square, which is appropriate considering the original version of the story was written in the time Liberty Square takes place during.
This is one of the many little details that make Liberty Square a great land in the Magic Kingdom.
