Disneyland Resort Hotels
The Disneyland Hotel was the first ever Disney hotel and it continues to serve guests to this day. It holds many unique amenities, including a unique Disneyland themed pool.
Here we at TPE will provide a guide to the Disneyland Hotel's pool facility to help you better plan your next trip to the Disneyland Resort.
There are two main pools and a slide complex and we will describe them all here.
D-Ticket pool
Both pools are themed to the former ticket system from Disneyland. This is the smaller more relaxed pool at the Disneyland Hotel. It is shaded and underneath a bridge, providing a welcome escape from California sun, especially in the hot summer months. This is usually better for adults seeking to cool off from a day at the parks.
E-Ticket Pool
As the name suggests this is the main attraction here at the Disneyland Hotel's pool complex. By far the largest pool, this features wide open spaces in the sun and is regularly filled with playing children.
This pool is better for families as it is more energetic and patrolled regularly by lifeguards.
Monorail Slides
The slides here at the Disneyland Hotel are themed to the Disneyland Monorail with its station just outside the hotel. The slides are themed to Monorails Red and Yellow, with Red being the taller slide.
They are a lot of fun and a great way to cool off quickly, but beware there is usually a line to use these as they are quite popular.
