Tinkerbelle has been a part of the Disney Parks since the very beginning. In fact, in the beginning, she was used in place of Mickey Mouse in a lot of advertising for Disneyland so if it failed Mickey wouldn't be damaged by the failure. With the recent series of Tinkerbelle films, she has become her own character beyond Peter Pan and now has popular meet and greets in Disney World and Disneyland Resort.
At the Magic Kingdom, she meets at the Town Square Theater. She has a specific line near the Mickey Mouse meet and greet and meets in a themed room. There is no Photopass photographer in this location and Photopass photos are taken instead by a machine so plan ahead.
At Disneyland, she meets in her Pixie Hollow. This is a themed space between Tomorrowland, the Matterhorn Bobsleds and Sleeping Beauty Castle. Be aware though she is not the only person who meets here. Rarely other fairy friends like Fawn can be found here, so check the app or ask a cast member to make sure you are meeting the right fairy.
