Epcot Guide
Bruce's Shark World is an interactive play area located within The Seas With Nemo and Friends at Epcot in Walt Disney World. While this area is primarily aimed at children, it features some activities that can be enjoyed by adults as well.
Based on the trio of sharks from Finding Nemo, Bruce, Anchor, and Chum, this is a play area that blends fun activities and some educational facts about sharks.
Below is a guide to some of the main activities found within this play area.
Bruce Photo Op
This is the most iconic part of this play area, a photo op that allows you to get a photo with Bruce the shark inside his mouth. While mainly designed for kids, this is popular for adults to do as well.
You enter this photo op from behind. There is a ledge on the inside of Bruce's mouth that smaller children can sit on to be seen in photos.
Anchor and Chum can also be found in this play area, although they are not in organized photo ops.
What's The Scariest Word To A Shark?
This is one of several education interactive displays within the play area, allowing kids to discover information about sharks in a playful way. It features multiple hidden reveals about sharks that can be explored.
Shark Mix Up
Shark Mix Up is another of the interactive educational shark display mainly featuring two spinning wheels to design a fish in two parts.
Bruce's Shark Challenge
Bruce's Shark Challenge is an interactive quiz of various shark-related facts, allowing you to learn some fun information about the animals who inspired the Finding Nemo characters this play area is based on.
