(3/5/19 UPDATE) Permits have been filed to demolish Innoventions West, Epcot Character Spot, the Fountain View Starbucks, and Club Cool. So far Innoventions East, Mouse Gear, and Electric Umbrella appear to be unaffected. The Character Spot and Starbucks will almost definitely remain in the park in new locations although this will likely be the end of Innoventions West and Club Cool.
(Original Article 2/21/19) The new concept art released for the redesigned entrance of Epcot also appears to confirm another long-rumored feature of the redesign.
The concept art features a forest where Innoventions West and Club Cool currently stand.
It has been though that portions of the former Communicore would be torn down as a part of this redo, now we know specifically what parts.
